Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Detect and follow through on security events from alerts and health monitors.
• Filter, document, and route events to appropriate resources and tickets.
• Investigate events, correlate data, and determine relationships to services and past tickets.
• Escalate incidents with clear action plans and remediation steps.
• Close tickets only after resolution criteria are met.
