Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Junior Security Analyst in the US to support security and FISMA compliance for client systems in the cloud. You will perform security control analysis, documentation, testing, and remediation activities while collaborating with engineering, operations, and client teams.

The role requires 1-2 years of IT security experience, strong written communication, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in Security Analysis work.
• Excellent Technical Writing skills.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with creating and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Security+, or equivalent security certification.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust is required.

Responsibilities

• 1-2 years IT security experience including work with JIRA and Confluence.
• Perform security analysis, testing, and vulnerability scanning.
• Develop and maintain security program documentation.
• Support remediation of security findings and control implementations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on security initiatives.
