Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open security actions and maintain records; target ~8 cases per day.
• Check materials for accuracy; follow up with customers to obtain missing information.
• Maintain and update records, perform data entry, redact sensitive information.
• Print, scan, and upload documents; support adjudicative process as needed.
• Operate standard office equipment and security systems; protect PII.
