Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Junor Scheduler in Houston, TX to develop project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project under the Project Controls Manager. You will create relationships, milestones, constraints and resource loading, and routinely update schedules for EPC, engineering and procurement programs.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with departments, validating schedules, and generating schedule analysis reports. 5+ years of scheduling experience in industrial projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA or BS or related experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project scheduler in industrial engineering or construction.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate project schedules using Primavera P6 (and MS Project as needed).
• Develop schedules for oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, and other industrial projects.
• Maintain and update schedules; communicate schedule and cost impacts to management and client.
