Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Junior SAP Basis Administrator in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico to support daily SAP operations, monitoring, and stability across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and NetWeaver. This role offers a hybrid schedule with on-site and remote work.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of IT experience, familiarity with SAP Basis concepts, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Now Hiring: Junior SAP Basis Administrator

Location: Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite & Remote)

Join a global technology team and launch your career in SAP administration! We are seeking a Junior SAP Basis Administrator to support the daily operations, monitoring, and stability of enterprise SAP environments, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and NetWeaver systems .

What You'll Do

• Monitor SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Assist with transport management, client administration, and job scheduling.
• Support system maintenance, backup, and recovery processes.
• Respond to SAP Basis tickets and service requests.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration testing.
• Support audit and compliance activities through reporting and system validation.
• Collaborate with security, platform, and application teams to maintain a reliable SAP environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Billingual
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience .
• Understanding of SAP Basis concepts, including system architecture, transport management, and client administration.
• Familiarity with SAP landscapes, transport routes, and client copy processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow documented procedures and change control processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or SAP Solution Manager .
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and enterprise SAP environments.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira , or similar ticketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for learning and growing within SAP Basis administration.
