Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related area.
• 4+ years of related IT experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to all levels of the organization.
• Leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability.
• Ability to read and translate functional specs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead complex IT projects delivering results.
