Role Overview
We are looking for recent college graduates or early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience to join our Salesforce Development team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Salesforce CRM, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
This role involves supporting the development, customization, integration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. It is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build practical experience in Salesforce development and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs.
- Configure Salesforce using Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, Approval Processes, and Security Controls.
- Work with Salesforce APIs, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and external systems to support application integrations.
- Create and maintain SOQL and SOSL queries for data retrieval and processing.
- Support data migration, data loading, and data management activities using Salesforce tools.
- Work with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to support business and operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and other declarative tools.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues, debug Apex code, and resolve Salesforce configuration and development problems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, development plans, and implementation documents.
- Participate in Salesforce deployments using change sets, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with team members, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, development best practices, and emerging cloud technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience or knowledge in Salesforce development.
- Basic hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration and customization.
- Understanding of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Objects, Relationships, Validation Rules, Flows, and Security Model.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Basic experience with Git/GitHub and Salesforce development tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CLI and deployment processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to learn new Salesforce features, technologies, and development best practices.
