Job summary

High Trail, Inc. is partnering with a client to hire a Salesforce Administrator to support the day-to-day needs of the sales teams and improve how they use Salesforce.

You will work with experienced teammates to resolve user issues, maintain clean data, and implement practical updates to the Sales Cloud environment. Responsibilities include managing users, permissions, fields, and layouts; building reports and dashboards; troubleshooting requests; and assisting with Flows and data quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience with user management, permissions, reports, dashboards, and basic automation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flows and sandbox-to-production deployments.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication and service-oriented user support.
