Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is hiring an entry-level Sales Trader Middle Office Analyst in Dallas, TX. The role supports mortgage-backed securities and whole loan trading, handling trade execution, ticketing, reconciliation, and client service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with middle office, senior sales traders, and clients to facilitate trade execution across cusips and non-cusips, gaining exposure to MBS, Whole Loan, and US Treasury markets with a path toward licensing and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business or related field.
• Internship or exposure to financial markets is preferred.
• SIE/Series licensing expected to be obtained after hire or willingness to obtain promptly.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of client trades across MBS and Whole Loan asset classes.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with institutional clients and respond to inquiries.
• Analyze financial markets, economic releases, and industry developments; prepare daily trading reports.
