Key Responsibilities

• Support senior sales traders in servicing institutional client accounts and executing equity orders.
• Develop relationships with institutional investors and provide high-quality client service.
• Monitor market activity, news flow, and trading opportunities throughout the trading day.
• Communicate market color, liquidity updates, and execution insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, trading, research, and capital markets teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to clients.
• Assist in managing client order flow and ensuring efficient trade execution.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market structure, trading products, and execution strategies.
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and internal risk management requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of industry experience in sales trading, trading, capital markets, institutional sales, or a related financial services role.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in financial markets and institutional equities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
