$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn products and systems to enhance the client experience
• Follow up with prospective clients who have had interest in the past
• Meet with clients virtually through zoom and the phone during the sales process
• Handle direct communication from corporate to clients
• Collaborate with agency and clients to resolve any customer inquiries
• Hit promotional guidelines in order to generate new growth
• Adhere to state regulatory licensing requirements
• Build a customer base through self-generated leads or company leads with appointments
• Providing and educating company products and services to new and existing clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years in sales experience preferred, customer service or related field
• Competent in technology and computer software
• Experience with managing multiple tasks to be complete deadlines
• Uphold a customer focus mindset within the workplace
• Have excellent phone and face to face etiquette

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work evenings and weekends based on client needs
• Reliable cell phone, data and wifi plan
• Pass background check
• Complete contracting with insurance carriers
• Life and health insurance license issued by home state (If you do not have a Life/Health insurance state license, if hired, we can help you obtain an insurance license in 7-10 days.)
