Recruiter for EMEA & US Markets in #tech | Content Creator & Social Media Manager

Pixie has nearly 20 years of experience in IT staffing across the US and Europe, mainly providing freelance experts in SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure, and Web.

After doubling our team size in the past two years, we aim to continue growing by recruiting a Sales Business Developer to strengthen our Dallas team and support the development of the US market.

Your responsibilities will include prospecting, building, developing, and managing your client portfolio. You will also qualify, recruit, and follow up with your freelance consultants.

(70% sales / 30% recruitment)

What Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like

1st professional experience or 1 year experience in business development.

You are passionate about prospecting and cold calling.

Interview Process:
