Carv is shaping real-time coaching software for skiers, leveraging AI, biomechanics, and sensor data on mobile and backend systems. We’re seeking a Junior Rust Engineer to drive core features across Android, iOS, and backend services.

You’ll work with designers, PMs, and athletes to craft category-defining coaching experiences, learn a fast-evolving stack, and contribute to a game-changing product with autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Some experience with Rust/go/C/C++ or similar languages; willingness to learn Rust.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tech and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Rust codebase from architecture to implementation.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and skiers to build coaching experiences.
• Implement real-time features powered by AI and sensor data and test on slopes.
• Stay updated on Rust trends and apply best practices.
