Lead/mentor team members in RF testing and development projects.
Collaborate with government engineers to design automated RF test systems.
Write technical papers and develop Technical Data Packages (TDP).
Assist in estimating time and cost of engineering projects.
Design multi-functional test stations for energizing and testing electrical, digital, and RF factors.
Use software interfaces to automate tests and collect design data.
Document testing processes to ensure sustainability and compliance.
