Amentum is seeking a Junior Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer in Dahlgren, VA to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center. The role includes performing RF testing, evaluations, and RF modeling.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and one year of relevant experience, including proficiency in MATLAB. The compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 with benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Requires one year of experience in RF / microwave testing.
• Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance.
• Preferred Electrical Engineering degree with focus on RF.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF Test, Evaluation, Integration for US Navy systems.
• Develop test plans and conduct RF testing.
• Analyze data and prepare test reports.

Skills

Experience in RF / microwave test and evaluation

Familiarity with MATLAB and RF modeling/simulation

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
