Job summary

Strongpoint Partners, in partnership with HowardSimon Retirement, seeks a Junior Retirement Plan Administrator to own a caseload of defined contribution plans and support 401(k) and cross-tested plans from start to finish in a fully remote role across the United States.

The candidate will perform compliance testing, communicate with clients on plan mechanics, and grow with a firm that values innovation and client service excellence. Preference for candidates in Central & Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retirement plan experience.
• 2-4 years of client services experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong client service mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, able to work across teams.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Position Summary:

Howard-Simon Retirement, a Strongpoint Partner, is seeking a Junior Retirement Plan Administrator who will take ownership of a caseload of defined contribution retirement plans. The right candidate will support 401(k) and cross-tested plans from start to finish, perform annual compliance testing, and possess a detail-oriented, client-focused approach. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. We welcome candidates from all U.S. time zones; however, due to the primary locations of our partners and clients, preference will be given to those in the Central & Eastern time zone(s).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic non-discrimination testing

Pay Transparency Statement:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 annually.

At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
