Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) in New York City seeks an experienced attorney to independently draft, review, and negotiate research agreements related to clinical, preclinical, and translational work for the Early Drug Development service.

You will build relationships with the research team, maintain contract systems, and contribute to policy guidance while applying sound legal judgment in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Requires JD with active bar membership and 4–6 years drafting and negotiating research contracts.
• Knowledge of contract law, IP, privacy, data use, and healthcare/research transactions.
• Law firm experience preferred; interest in science/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate clinical and research agreements for Early Drug Development.
