Qualifications

• Knowledge of project finance and tax equity structures.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fund waterfalls and update forecasts monthly.
• Monitor cash flows, liquidity, and debt service.
• Coordinate with accountants for debt service payments and distributions.
• Support valuation analyses for tax equity buyouts.
• Collaborate with FP&A and asset managers on annual cash budgets.
• Improve fund management practices through automation.
