Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and data security.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and open mail for remittance deposits.
• Process deposits according to customer specifications and balance transactions.
• Enter data for analysis and billing purposes.
• Use imaging equipment to scan payment coupons and checks.
• Review imaging data and correct any translation errors to ensure accuracy.
• Produce reports detailing payment information.
• Follow courier hand-off instructions to deliver completed work.
