Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Ltd is seeking an entry-level Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator to join our field-based team. You will build relationships with dental offices in your territory and support marketing and outreach efforts by connecting with current and potential referral partners.

This role offers hands-on experience in relationship marketing, sales, and community outreach, with training and ongoing support provided. Field-based travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred.
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to manage a schedule independently.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role (travel required).

Responsibilities

• Visit dental offices in your assigned territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships.
• Support and maintain relationships with existing referral partners through regular check-ins and visits.
• Assist with coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events.
• Help track and update referral activity and office interactions in our systems.
• Provide feedback on field insights, opportunities, and trends.
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow-ups, and office engagement.
• Support doctors and team members during community visits and events.
• Share updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in-person).
• Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with your direct manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

Working Hours & Location:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
• Occasional Saturdays and some holidays
• Field-based role (approximately 90–95% travel)
• Travel required to Bucktown ,Mundelein, West Loop, Lakeview, Old Town, Dekalb
• Reporting base location: 1700 W Higgins Rd, Suite 320, Des Plaines, IL 60018
