Orthodontic Experts in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator to build relationships with dental offices in your territory. This entry-level, field-based role supports marketing and outreach by connecting with referral partners.

You will gain hands-on experience in relationship marketing, sales, and community events. Training and ongoing guidance are provided, with travel to Bucktown, Mundelein, West Loop, Lakeview, Old Town, DeKalb, and surrounding offices required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized and able to manage a schedule independently
• Comfortable working in a field-based role (travel required)
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Visit dental offices in your assigned territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships
• Support and maintain relationships with existing referral partners through regular check-ins and visits
• Assist with coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events
• Help track and update referral activity and office interactions in our systems
• Provide feedback on what you're seeing in the field, including opportunities and general trends
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow-ups, and office engagement
• Support doctors and team members during community visits and events
• Share relevant updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in-person)
• Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with your direct manager

Working Hours & Location:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
• Occasional Saturdays and some holidays
• Field‑based role (approximately 90-95% travel)
• Travel required to Bucktown ,Mundelein, West Loop, Lakeview, Old Town, Dekalb
• Reporting base location: 1700 W Higgins Rd, Suite 320, Des Plaines, IL 60018
