Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience recruiting or related field.
• Staffing agency or business development experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for direct hire, temp-to-hire, and temporary placements.
• Screen and interview candidates and assess candidacy for client needs.
• Identify new clients and foster relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with team on business development and recruiting initiatives.
• Write and post advertisements and other online marketing content.
• Work collaboratively with the team on a broad range of openings.
