Osaic in Scottsdale is hiring a Quantitative Analyst I to support enterprise reporting and data analytics. You will learn analytical frameworks, build core skills, and contribute to meaningful projects in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include AI-assisted workflows, data cleaning, validation and analysis, translating data into clear summaries for Finance and business partners. This is a hybrid in-office role with strong learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, computer science or related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Apply AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and automate repetitive tasks under guidance of senior team members
• Conduct data gathering, cleaning, validation and exploratory analysis to support team projects
• Learn and apply team standards for data quality, documentation and analytical rigor
• Collaborate with team to translate data into clear summaries for stakeholders
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and data requests from Finance and business partners
• Support QA and testing of analytical outputs before delivery
