Job summary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies.
• Communicate with property managers, tenants, and vendors regarding financial matters.

Area/Location Specific: Richmond, Virginia Approximate Compensation Rate for this Role: $21.83 to $22.50/hr Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
