Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Scheduling professional to build and maintain project schedules, monitor status, and analyze schedule changes for risk areas and milestones. You will work with the project team on site to support large, complex projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education. Experience with CPM scheduling and transportation projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business, or in lieu of education, 4 years relevant experience.
• Experience with CPM scheduling fundamentals is preferred.
• Experience with transportation construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine scheduling assignments.
• Updates schedules with input from more experienced schedulers.
• Maintains and updates progress on basic schedules.
• Performs basic schedule reporting.
• Performs preliminary schedule analysis for milestones and risks.
• Develops focus areas for the project manager.
• Prepares routine schedule-based reports communicating status.
• Analyzes contract documents to translate scope into schedules.
• Assists planning the work including WBS, durations, and sequencing.
