Job summary

HNTB is looking for a Project Controls professional in Philadelphia, PA, to develop project schedules and cost estimates. You will oversee project management control systems and establish procedures for budget and schedule management.

Qualifications

• 6 years' relevant experience in project controls or construction management.
• In lieu of education, 10 years' relevant experience, or 6 years' contractor experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze master project/program schedules.
• Develop cost estimates and management reports.
• Oversee project management control systems.
• Establish project controls procedures.
• Assess cost and schedule impacts of changes.
• Develop reports for client and project management staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
