Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Junior Project Manager to lead end-to-end Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, upgrade and enhancement initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business, engineering, and IT to drive successful program delivery and stakeholder satisfaction, focusing on delivery leadership and risk management.

You will manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and dependencies, ensuring quality execution and governance.

  • - Join a dynamic team driving large-scale Siemens Teamcenter PLM transformation programs for leading global organizations including PLM implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
  • - This role is focused on project execution, delivery management, stakeholder coordination, governance, and risk management.
  • - Candidates should be strong project leaders capable of driving complex, cross-functional programs involving business, engineering, IT, and vendor teams.
  • - In this role, you will lead strategic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives that help engineering and business teams improve collaboration, streamline processes, and accelerate innovation.
  • - As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of Teamcenter implementation and enhancement programs.
  • - This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused project leader who enjoys working at the intersection of business, engineering, and technology while contributing to impactful digital transformation initiatives.
  • - While familiarity with Teamcenter PLM or engineering systems is beneficial, the focus is on delivery leadership and execution, driving execution, stakeholder alignment, governance, and successful project outcomes.
Your Role
  • - Lead the end-to-end delivery of Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, ensuring quality execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • - Coordinate business, engineering, IT, and third-party vendor teams to drive seamless collaboration and ensure successful program execution.
  • - Facilitate project governance activities, including executive reporting, stakeholder communications, steering committee meetings, and status reviews.
  • - Oversee testing, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementations.
  • - Proactively identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks, and drive timely resolution through effective stakeholder engagement and management.
  • - Build strong relationships across technical and business teams while fostering alignment, accountability, and a results-oriented delivery culture
Your Skills and Experience
  • - 3 - 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology, transformation, or engineering-related programs.
  • - Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, and competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • - Strong expertise in project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and overall delivery governance.
  • - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging both technical teams and senior business leaders.
  • - Demonstrated success working with external vendors, implementation partners, and geographically distributed teams.
  • - Experience supporting Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), CAD integrations, or related engineering systems is highly desirable.
  • - PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred and considered a strong asset.
  • - The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911 - $161,544/year
  • - Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
  • - The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • - These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
  • - It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
  • - In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
