Calqulate Metrics Ltd in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within data centers and heavy industrial sectors. This role is onsite at client projects with overtime eligibility and per diem.

You will oversee change requests, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and coordination with clients and subcontractors, reading drawings, and ensuring project objectives are met through strong leadership and communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct project management experience in construction.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to meet deadlines.
• Experience reading drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with estimating software and billing processes.

About this Role

This is a remote travel role 100% onsite at client projects. Overtime eligible. Per diem provided.

The Project Manager supports the Sr. Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the rapidly expanding data center market. Additional projects span the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and other heavy industrial sectors. The Project Manager will assist overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a project, such as change requests, project planning and scheduling, monitoring project progress, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, tracking project expenses, and ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. The junior project engineer may also be responsible for preparing reports and assisting in resolving any project-related issues that arise during the course of the project. Ultimately, the Project Manager plays a key role in helping to ensure that the project is completed successfully and meets its objectives.
