Job summary

The Assistant Project Manager I role at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is to assist the Project Manager on project tasks, coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, client presentations, procurement, and construction activities during development and execution phases.

This role supports multiple projects, participates in value engineering, develops schedules with cross-functional teams, and aids in monthly project reviews and procurement activities, with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent field.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of EPC and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities.
• Assist in developing the initial project schedule with engineering and procurement teams.
• Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Prepare subcontractor/vendor scopes of work and schedule exhibits for PM review.
• Support safety planning, incident reporting, and safety program adherence.
• Assist with monthly project reviews, financial reviews, and closeouts.
