Job summary

LeoForce seeks an Assistant Project Manager for Downtown TI Projects in Chicago, IL. This entry-level role supports planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction from preconstruction through closeout.

You will assist in bid packages, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. The position offers growth opportunities and exposure to diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Support Project Managers in preparing bid packages, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor agreements.
• Review construction drawings, RFI submissions, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project communication.
• Monitor project progress, document changes, and assist in tracking costs and schedules.
• Attend job site meetings and assist in resolving field-related issues.
• Support the closeout process including punch list completion, warranty documentation, and final turnover.
