SpiderRock in Chicago is hiring a Junior Project Manager to support the Project Management team with strategic program planning, project management, and project delivery across the firm.

This full-time salaried role in our Chicago office reports to the Head of Project Management. You will work with developers, client support, infrastructure and dev-ops teams to coordinate tasks, meetings, and client requests.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Business, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience delivering projects and project management preferred.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools and Agile approach are a huge plus.
• Financial markets experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft products and digital technology.

Responsabilités

• Support the Project Management team with planning and project delivery.
• Assist with agile ceremonies and Scrum meetings.
• Coordinate tasks across developers, client support, infrastructure and dev-ops.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and deliverables for clients.
• Maintain project artifacts and ensure they are current.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels and document actions.
• Participate in status meetings and assist with risk, scope, and changes.
