Job description

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Junior Project Management Analyst (PMA) to assist the senior project manager responsible for electric utility distribution programs primarily in Mays Landing, NJ. The role involves supporting project analysis, contract administration, and managing program data using tools like Excel, SharePoint, and PowerBI.

Terms of Employment

This is a hybrid position based in Mays Landing, NJ, with in-office work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Travel for team meetings and site visits (1-2 times per month) is required. Local candidates only.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing RFPs for distribution programs
  • Create contract requisitions and manage payment authorizations
  • Review and approve invoices, track contracts and program data
  • Manage large datasets across various Microsoft tools
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Asset Suite 8, PowerBI, SharePoint
  • Strong Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and effective communicator
  • Experience in utility projects is a plus
