Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Spreadsheet analysis, data reconciliation, financial tracking, and clear reporting skills appropriate to an entry-level role
• Ability to maintain accurate supporting records and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Support financial and performance management for a federal client's projects and portfolios under experienced review
• Maintain budgets, funding records, forecasts, and burn-rate tracking information
• Compile and check invoice-review information and maintain supporting financial records
• Check and reconcile routine financial and performance data for accuracy and consistency
• Identify data discrepancies and prepare findings for experienced review or client action
• Maintain schedules and prepare recurring financial and performance reports
• Organize and maintain accurate supporting documentation for financial tracking and reporting
• Handle sensitive information appropriately in maintaining records and preparing reports
