Job summary

Langan is seeking a Project Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA to help plan, coordinate and permit civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects. You will gain experience in project management for mixed-use developments, shopping centers, residential, higher education, federal, and other land development projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the team to improve efficiency, with opportunities for hands-on learning and growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years' experience.
• Current Notary or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Prior relevant professional experience in project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with the preparation and submittal of various engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, applications and design plans for projects.
• Recommend new approaches and ideas that continuously improve efficiency and services performed.
• Apply knowledge and techniques of project scheduling and submittals.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.
