Job summary

Burns & McDonnell in Phoenix seeks a Project Controls support role to assist in scheduling, cost reporting and earned value management on small projects. You will input data and maintain logs in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software, help develop WBS, and generate routine reports.

The role requires a technical degree and strong communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
• Experience with Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist project set-up and input data in Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
• Maintain logs, run reports, and help develop scheduling and cost reports.
• Assist with creating WBS and various levels of schedules.
• Assist in the development of cash flows, forecasts, and earned value management.
• Support reviewing PO/subcontract changes and ensure proper coding and reporting.
• Assist with field audits to validate accuracy of reporting and processes.
