You will be responsible for collecting accounts receivable, administering credit policy, and preparing various billings in a detail-oriented role. Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in project-level accounting.

Responsibilities

• Collect accounts receivable for projects.
• Administer credit policy and manage customer bankruptcy filings.
• Prepare billings including AIA documents and progress bills.
• Maintain accounting project files with cost and billing information.
• Support the project department where needed.
