Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking a Junior Program / Project / Management Analyst to join our NAS Patuxent River team supporting the F/A-18 variants program.

In this foundational role, you will apply structured analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives and track mission-critical deliverables, collaborating with senior analysts to interpret data across schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 0–3 years of experience in program analysis, project tracking, data management, or business operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) for data organization.
• Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs to support baseline reporting.
• Monitor and track daily program status, project milestones, and integrated master schedules to identify potential timeline shifts.
• Assist in analyzing program requirements, status updates, budgets, and schedules to ensure project objectives remain aligned.
• Perform basic management, technical, or business case analyses under the guidance of senior team members to evaluate operational alternatives.
• Help compile analytical findings into standardized spreadsheets, status reports, and presentations for team and stakeholder reviews.

You will collaborate with senior analysts to gather, organize, and interpret data spanning project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements, helping ensure the seamless execution of naval aviation acquisition and product programs.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs to support baseline reporting.
• Monitor and track daily program status, project milestones, and integrated master schedules to identify potential timeline shifts.
• Assist in analyzing program requirements, status updates, budgets, and schedules to ensure project objectives remain aligned.

Qualifications:

• Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance to access the airfield and military installation.
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited institution.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in program analysis, project tracking, data management, or business operations (prior internships or introductory experience within a defense or corporate setting is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data organization).
• Strong analytical reasoning, high attention to detail, excellent written communication, and a proactive willingness to learn DoD acquisition structures.
