ZelTech is seeking a highly organized Program Analyst to support program management, analysis, and coordination tasks in Unmanned Systems (UxS) R&D initiatives. This role contributes to tracking technical progress, analyzing cost and performance data, and ensuring deliverables and reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or cost analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program analysis and operational support for UxS projects, including scheduling, cost tracking, resource planning, and risk management activities.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze programmatic and technical data to support progress reporting and decision-making by leadership.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation, including status reports, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and deliverables lists.
• Support the development and coordination of Technical Instructions (TIs), configuration management processes, and integrated master schedules.
• Assist with development of financial and cost analyses including budget tracking, expenditure forecasting, and labor hour utilization reporting.
• Participate in planning meetings, technical reviews, and IPTs, providing administrative and analytical support.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure programmatic alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
