Job summary

You will work with the production team to learn processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves understanding work orders, drawings, and instructions, with responsibilities including assembly, testing, labeling, sealing, heat shrink, forklift operations, and basic soldering or crimping.

Responsibilities

• Understand data on whiteboards and graphs and their importance.
• Develop knowledge of Continuous Improvement and 5S.
• Understand basic requirements of ESD.
• Understand Job Orders, Drawings, and Work Instructions.
• Have basic inventory management knowledge.
• Perform operations per team assignment: Assembly, Testing, Labeling, Silicone Sealing, Heat Shrink, Forklift Driving, Press and Saw, Basic Soldering or Crimping.
• Contribute to Vista Quality Objectives and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Understands data populated on whiteboard and graphs, and their importance

Gains understanding of Continuous Improvement and 5S

Understands basic requirements of ESD

Basic level knowledge of inventory management

Depending on the team they are assigned to, the employee will be responsible for the following operations:
