Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand data on whiteboards and graphs and their importance.
• Develop knowledge of Continuous Improvement and 5S.
• Understand basic requirements of ESD.
• Understand Job Orders, Drawings, and Work Instructions.
• Have basic inventory management knowledge.
• Perform operations per team assignment: Assembly, Testing, Labeling, Silicone Sealing, Heat Shrink, Forklift Driving, Press and Saw, Basic Soldering or Crimping.
• Contribute to Vista Quality Objectives and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Production Associate 1

Key Relationships: Production Team

Role Purpose: The Production Associate 1 employee is responsible for the basic assembly of product throughout the production area while adhering to safety, quality, and product delivery protocol.

Key Responsibilities

• Understands data populated on whiteboard and graphs, and their importance
• Gains understanding of Continuous Improvement and 5S
• Understands basic requirements of ESD
• Basic understanding of Job Order, Drawings, and Work Instructions
• Basic level knowledge of inventory management
• Depending on the team they are assigned to, the employee will be responsible for the following operations:
  • Assembly
