Job summary

Allegion plc invites applicants for a Junior Planner based in Blue Ash, OH. You will execute daily production plans, issue orders to Fabrication, and collaborate with Area Team Leaders to maintain schedule adherence for on-time order completion.

You will monitor line capacities, perform routine WIP audits, and communicate risks to area managers. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of NC programming are valued as you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans from Master Scheduler or Planner.
• Issue daily orders to Fabrication; balance lines and adjust as needed.
• Relay line-specific information to Fab area using designated tools.
• Monitor schedules with tools to ensure on-time work-centers and update systems.
• Conduct daily WIP audits to assess movement and flow of product.
• Report schedule compliance and potential issues due to downtime or factors.
• Ensure data integrity in computer systems and address concerns.
• Assess steel requirements and adjust as available.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
