Job summary

The Junior Planner at Daniels Manufacturing Corporation in Orlando, FL will support production schedules, track work orders, and help ensure on-time delivery. You’ll coordinate across Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and are eager to learn Lean practices. On-site role with gear to grow in a family-oriented team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Manufacturing preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review job packets to verify accuracy of system transactions and production records.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the Production Planning Manager.
• Support in-production quantity adjustments and documentation retrieval.
• Back up planners to ensure continuity of production planning.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Leads and Supervisors to resolve transactions.
• Monitor outside processing requirements with Purchasing to ensure on-time schedules.
