You will learn and perform basic production processes while helping ensure quality, efficiency, and safe work practices. The role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience, work with experienced team members, and contribute to on-time packaging and shipping of products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and over 100 lbs with assistance.
• Basic math, reading, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Fundamental computer literacy.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weighing and handling raw materials for production.
• Place finished goods and raw materials on pallets.
• Hand-stack products and prepare shipments.
• Inspect finished goods for damage or contamination.
• Verify lot numbers on raw materials before packaging.
• Support packaging of pouched hot melt products into boxes and containers.
• Operate a forklift after training and qualification.
• Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain housekeeping standards.
