Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, and packaging finished products. This role requires collaboration, attention to procedures, and flexibility to work assigned shifts.

Responsibilities include handling materials, operating machinery, testing products, labeling, packaging, and maintaining a clean, safe, compliant workstation. Background in manufacturing and basic English is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and quality instructions.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work assigned shifts.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging for production runs.
• Transport materials to designated production areas.
• Operate processing equipment according to procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and production rates.
• Perform initial product testing and release checks.
• Verify labels and packaging accuracy before use.
• Package finished products to quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, quality, and EHS compliance.
