You will resize assets, set bleeds, verify color spaces, and collaborate with senior designers to meet tight production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2–4 years of production/design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Understanding of print pre-press, color spaces, and image resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute asset resizing and format conversion for digital and print.
• Prepare production art with bleeds, color modes, and crop marks.
• Ensure brand guidelines and typography are consistently applied.
• QA checks for typos, formatting, and correct links; organize layers.
• Maintain clear file naming and DAM practices.
• Collaborate with senior designers, PMs, and marketing to meet deadlines.
