Job summary

Tradeify in Boca Raton is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to support the development and optimization of our trading platform and trader experience. You will work with the Product Manager to define requirements, gather feedback, and coordinate with Engineering to deliver features that meet trader needs.

This early-career role offers hands-on experience shaping a live trading platform and growth within a fast-moving product team.

Qualifications

1–2 years in product management or related roles.
Ability to use data to inform decisions and measure KPIs.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma and agile methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Assist the Product Manager in executing the product roadmap and translate objectives into actionable tasks.
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog.
Collaborate with Engineering in sprint planning, standups, and refinement; clarify requirements and triage bugs.
Design and iterate features to boost trader engagement, motivation, and retention during funding/evaluation.
Track feature performance, run experiments, and adjust based on results.
