Job summary

Wasatch Labs is seeking a purchasing professional to assist in sourcing materials, evaluating bids, and processing procurement requests. The role involves coordinating with warehouse and planning teams, reviewing MRP, and maintaining accurate purchase records to support inventory levels.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in purchasing within a manufacturing setting, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders under supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers, obtain quotes, and place orders.
• Process PRs and issue purchase orders.
• Review MRP, track deliveries, and update confirmations/dates.
• Maintain records of purchases and manage inventory levels.
• Resolve routine supplier issues under supervision.
• Coordinate with warehouse and scheduling on ETA and delays.
• Onboard new suppliers and communicate with internal teams.
