Qualco Group is seeking a Junior Procurement Coordinator to assist the Procurement team in sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role involves coordinating tender processes and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, up to 2 years of procurement experience, and strong communication skills in English and Greek.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Up to 2 years in procurement or related functions is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken, is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support procurement activities and supplier management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and service providers.
• Participate in tender processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
• Assist in negotiating pricing and terms under guidance.
• Support contract administration and supplier onboarding.
• Monitor requests and contracts to meet timelines.
