Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time Junior Processor to handle processing of conventional, FHA, VA, and Reverse loans in accordance with guidelines. Under supervision, you will enter data, mail disclosures, and manage re-disclosures and verifications through the loan process.

Ideal candidates have mortgage industry experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong communication skills to coordinate with borrowers and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Experience in the mortgage industry, preferably processing loans.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter all data on new loans into the system for initial submission through the Loan Origination System.
• Print and mail initial application disclosures to customers as required.
• Perform re-disclosures for federal and state requirements (rate locks, extensions, approvals, commitments, APR changes).
• Register loans and obtain FHA/VA IDs as applicable.
• Order credit reports and private mortgage insurance from approved providers.
• Obtain 4506-T, Verification of Employment, and Deposits as needed.
• Order Compliance and Fraud reports as needed.
• Conduct verbal verifications of employment for all borrowers.
• Contact borrowers to obtain outstanding conditions as requested by the underwriter or processor.
• Complete income calculation worksheet.

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Junior Processor to be responsible for the processing of conventional, FHA, VA, and/or Reverse loans as in accordance with all company, investor, and insurer guidelines. Candidates should have experience directly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Regional Processing Manager, the job responsibilities of the Junior Processor position include, but are not limited, to the following:Enter all data on new loans as received into the computer system as needed for initial submission through the appropriate Loan Origination System;Print and mail initial application disclosures to customer, as required, for new loans;Re-disclosure applicable Federal and State through the loan process including but not limited to rate locks, extensions, approvals, commitments, APR changes, etc.;Register loans and obtain FHA and VA I.D. numbers, as applicable.
