Job summary

Reliance Gear Corporation is seeking an entry-level Process Engineer to join our Engineering team and start a career in precision gear manufacturing. The role provides hands-on training in CNC machining, process development, and continuous improvement under experienced mentors.

You will assist with gear designs, documentation, cost estimates, and cross-functional collaboration to improve quality, efficiency and manufacturing costs.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Prepare engineering documentation and process plans.
• Support cost estimates and quotations.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Production, Quality and Operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root-cause investigations.
• Spend time on the production floor learning CNC machining.
